Welcome to Up With Women / Exponenti’elles!  

We are so pleased that you are interested in applying to our 12-month coaching program. Up With Women/Exponenti’elles serves women and gender-diverse individuals, including trans, non-binary, two spirit, and gender fluid people.

We want to make sure the program is a good experience and the right fit for you from the start and to ensure that you are in a place in your life where you have the space and time to make the most of it. 

With this in mind, some things to consider before applying are: 

• Currently in some kind of stable housing situation (shelters, transitional homes, living with friends, family, etc. are considered stable housing).   
• Currently experiencing low-income or income assistance (note that this is based on your personal income only).   
• At a point of stability in health and safety to be able to commit to a 12-month intensive program and have other supports in place if needed.  
• Conversational English or French or (CLB) Canadian Language Benchmark 6/7.

• Women and gender-diverse individuals 18 years +. We have no upper age limit! 

• Living in Canada, no education or immigration/status requirements.  

• Currently serving in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia, we are committed to serving our clients in English or French anywhere within our service areas.
