Welcome to Up With Women / Exponenti’elles!  

We are so pleased that you are interested in applying to our 12-month coaching program.

We want to make sure the program is a good experience and the right fit for you from the start and to ensure that you are in a place in your life where you have the space and time to make the most of it. 

With this in mind, some things to consider before applying are: 

• Do you have some kind of stable housing? (Transitional housing is considered stable housing).   
• Are you earning or receiving some kind of regular income (social assistance, employment income, etc.) but living below or around the poverty line? (Note that income is based on your personal income only).  
• Have you reached a point of stability in your life in terms of your own wellness where you feel you can commit to a year-long, intensive program?  
• Do you have an English fluency level of LINC 6 or higher where you can talk about your ideas, your values and what things are meaningful to you?

• Are you 18 years or older? We have no upper age limits, education requirements and no immigration/status requirements, but you must be living in Canada.
