Up With Women’s Growth & Connection Hub is a dedicated space for learning, reflection, and shared capacity-building across our volunteer network, community partners, and collaborators who help deliver programming to our clients.

The training modules offered through this program explore core themes that shape our work—including the lived experiences of poverty, intersectionality, systemic bias, and trauma-informed communication. Each course is grounded in the realities our clients navigate and is designed to strengthen collective understanding, shared language, and community-centred approaches.

Through this program, volunteers and partners gain deeper insight into the systemic barriers that influence client journeys and strengthen the practices that make our programming more responsive, inclusive, and effective. The Hub reinforces a shared commitment to advancing equity and supporting clients with the dignity, care, and respect they deserve.
